Meadow Hill Behavioral Health provides individualized residential care for adolescents ages 12–18 in a safe, structured, and intentionally smaller setting. Here, young people are known as individuals, families stay closely involved, and our team is deeply invested in each adolescent’s progress.
When an adolescent needs residential support, the right environment matters. Meadow Hill was intentionally designed to provide a smaller, more connected experience where individualized care, responsive communication, and family partnership are part of everyday treatment.
Our intentionally smaller residential environment allows adolescents to be personally known by the people caring for them. With no more than one roommate, young people have greater space for privacy, connection, and focused support.
Every adolescent arrives with a different history, set of needs, and path forward. Clinical decisions are shaped around the individual rather than placing every young person into the same treatment model.
Families deserve clear answers during a difficult decision. Our team is accessible, responsive, and prepared to help families understand clinical fit, insurance, admissions, and what comes next.
Parents and caregivers remain an important part of the treatment process. We listen to families, keep them informed, and involve them in meaningful conversations throughout care.
Planning for what comes next is part of treatment. Meadow Hill works with families and providers to support thoughtful transitions, aftercare, and continuity beyond residential care.
Meadow Hill provides residential behavioral health care for adolescents ages 12–18 who need more support and structure than can be provided in an outpatient setting.
Our clinical team thoughtfully reviews each referral to determine whether Meadow Hill can safely and appropriately meet the adolescent’s needs.
Adolescents deserve to be understood as individuals. At Meadow Hill, treatment begins by listening — to the young person, to the family, and to the professionals who know them.
Our goal is to create an environment where adolescents can step away from outside pressures, engage in treatment, and begin building the skills and confidence needed for what comes next.
